Association for the Exploration of Theory and Practice of Design

The association, whose activities are not for profit, aims to:
- connection of theory and practice of designing
- exploration of working methods in design to make them transparent and assessable and place them in a scientific context
- art and cultural studies in the area of "design research" with the goal to create knowledge that benefits disciplines around designing
- conception and development of publications, research projects and their presentation
